Meet Matt Roland: a guy either in the gym, thinking about the gym, or talking about the gym. 

My training philosophy is simple: I’m here to make sure every client exceeds their own expectations, every time they step into the gym. I’m big into research, testing methods and theories—often on myself—so that I have a hands-on understanding of how to best optimize results, and tailor-make plans for different bodies and different goals. 

To keep growing as a person and athlete, I believe we must embrace the discomfort and not be afraid to push beyond what we know—it’s the only way to reach the best version of yourself.
