  • Weekly monitoring of progress and plan adjustments to ensure you’re on the right track

  • An open line of communication between you and your coach via WhatsApp throughout the week to ensure adjustments are made in the moment to your program

  • A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, a 48-hour turnaround on weekends
