1-2 monthly video call check-ins decided between you and your coach based on what feels most appropriate for progress to be assessed
Weekly monitoring of progress and plan adjustments to ensure you’re on the right track
An open line of communication between you and your coach via WhatsApp throughout the week to ensure adjustments are made in the moment to your program
A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, a 48-hour turnaround on weekends

Self-Guided Programming

For amateurs to advanced clients looking to add structure and an expert’s eye to their training plan.

Programming delivered in 4-week chunks to set you up for success
Your own personalized log sheet to keep track of your progress

You’ve got hopes and dreams but have never stepped foot in a gym—or, you’re comfortable in the gym but are new to strength training. A one-time consultation, followed by a two-week trial program to see if strength training is the right fit for you.
